Howsoever, Bose Acoustimass 6 is perhaps one model of Bose that can get a little bit closer to the affordable range. Bose Acoustimass 6 is still not exactly something very budget-friendly for some, but is quite cheaper than most Bose models, yet offering quite a punch of power. The small physicality is a huge plus point.

Bose Acoustimass 6 Review - Small Yet Powerful Speakers

Bose Acoustimass 6 is a six-piece audio system consisting of five Virtually Invisible satellite speakers and a large Acoustimass subwoofer module. Don’t worry about the ‘invisibility’ because the name is just Bose’s terms to refer to the ultra-compact design of the satellite speakers. With merely 3.1 inches in height, 3.1 inches in width, and 4 inches in depth, the satellite speakers are indeed tiny and won’t be a distraction at all when you are enjoying your piece of movie at night. Well, the body of the speaker is constructed of plastic, and the black cloth grilles are non-removable. The satellite speakers have threaded inserts behind them that can facilitate for wall-mounting. You can also use brackets to adjust the position and direction of each speaker, but the brackets are not included and must be purchased separately.

Bose Acoustimass 6 may appear tiny, but the sounds aren’t. You will be surprised in a delightful way when hearing it perform for the first time. The tonal balance is rich, full, natural, and clear. Voices and music are crisp, yet the bass is very solid and powerful. The bulky Acoustimass module indeed does an excellent job of low-frequency audio reproduction. Comparing Bose Acoustimass 6 with other competitors, it is even able to sound like a bigger and stronger system. Perhaps the trebles are not always more superior, as there are no separate tweeters on the product, but it is still an eye-catching contender.

While Bose Acoustimass 6 does not require much effort to sound astonishing, its setup is quite different than most audio system. It uses more cables and an unusual configuration. Nonetheless, the magnetic shield on each speaker is very beneficial and handy to prevent distortion. All in all, Bose Acoustimass 6 is an extraordinary performer, and can be a great choice if you are a fan of Bose.
