Each of them is available under five hundred bucks, making them both affordable and budget-friendly. So, between the two, which one should you get?

Yamaha YAS-203 Vs Vizio SB4051

Yamaha YAS-203
Yamaha YAS-203 is a virtual 7.1-channel sound bar system. It consists of a sound bar and a subwoofer. The sound bar features the Air Surround Xtreme technology, which is capable of reproducing the 7.1-channel surround sound in high quality. The sophisticated design allows for excellent imaging and rich presence that far exceed the performance of other virtual surround technologies. The sound field is impressively realistic. It is able to deliver clear and crisp dialogues, while the bass remains solid and full. The sound bar features two drivers, each is 50W, while the subwoofer is 100W. So, the total output power is 200W, making this system very powerful to fill out the air in even a large-sized room. The length of the sound bar is 34.9 inches. It is suitable for 40-inch or larger TVs. Furthermore, it is already equipped with Bluetooth connectivity, in addition to the standard wired connectivity. For optimum versatility, Yamaha YAS-203 comes with two input choices: optical and coaxial. (See also: Yamaha YAS-203 Vs Bose Cinemate 15)

Vizio SB4051
Vizio SB4051, on the other hand, comes as a 5.1-channel sound bar system. The system includes a sound bar, two satellite speakers, and a subwoofer. There are clearly more components to setup here, so your room should have some extra space. The setup process is not too complicated. Regarding the audio performance, Vizio SB4051is famous for superb bass power. In fact, the subwoofer can be somewhat too strong, as it still produces considerable bass even as the subwoofer has been turned down as low as it can go. Furthermore, although the subwoofer and sound bar integrate with each other via Bluetooth, the satellite speakers require some wiring to the subwoofer, so it is not fully wireless. However, its audio performance is indeed excellent. It is capable of delivering a maximum output power of 102 dB, ideal for 47-inch or larger TVs. It is also rich in features; it most notably features HDMI, USB, audio line-in, coaxial, and optical ports.
